The Himalayan cedarwood called “devadāru” in Sanskrit translates to “Timber of the Gods”. Many shrines and places of worship in the mountains are built with this sturdy, invulnerable wood as the diffusion of its deep and warm scent is considered ideal for meditation. The warm, comforting fragrance of cedarwood as the top note is deeply calming and naturally promotes stress relief, and a touch of frankincense enhances its natural and refreshing aroma.
